My experience with the 2nd Graders

Teaching the 2nd Graders how to work with Google Earth was a really fun experience.
My 2nd grade buddy, Julio, was a really easy and kind person to work with. As I was working with Felix, we both taught our buddy how to type in information on his bookmarks. Since the first block already started practicing and showing them stuff, most of the 2nd graders already knew how to manage pretty well and didn't need any more practice or support.
Felix and I both learned a lot of information about Brazil, since this was the hometown of Julio and he wanted to locate specific locations in South America. He was fascinated to see his favorite buildings and locations in 3D and be able to explore them in such depth. Since he was still a bit slow at typing, Felix and I helped him and gave him tips on how to use the keyboard in a more efficient way.
Plus, he really looked like David Luiz, a famous brazilian football player. We then started talking about football and which players were his favorites.
Overall, both my partner and I had a great time with Julio, it was a really great experience and we had lots of fun with him, I'm really hoping we get to work with them again soon.
